Joining a Conference
You can join a conference on of two ways:
- Over the web
- Over the phone
Let’s take a closer look at each, starting with over the web.
Join a Conference: Web
- Enter your Organizer’s URL in your web browser
- Verify your Participant info and click Join
- Enter your Participant PIN (if required)
- Select your audio option
Depending on how your Organizer has customized their conference, you may be placed on hold until they join.
UberConference Tip: You’ll only see your Participant card in the conference view if you select My Phone or My Computer from your audio options.
Join a Conference: Phone
- Call your Organizer’s conference #
- Enter your Participant PIN (if required)
